Life is full of obligations and responsibilities, topping it off with stress and lack of sleep can leave our face looking haggard and worn out. The simple solution to refresh your skin is providing it with the element it needs most throughout the day – pure water. Hydration will eliminate scars, acne and signs of aging such as wrinkles and baggy eyes.

Too much sun exposure

Ultra violent lights are the biggest enemy for your beautiful and healthy skin. Sun damage breaks down the collagen in your skin, hence increasing the unwanted signs of aging. Plus it will greatly increase your chances of having skin cancer later on in life.

Your best friend in combating your exposure is not by hiding out, inside of your house all summer but by using a good quality sun protector that has at least 30 + SPF. Make sure you wear it anytime you step outside, even if you are just driving the car from point A to point B.

Not sleeping enough

Lack of sleep or poor sleeping patterns can affect your overall health, such as cardio vascular diseases, weight gain and diabetes. But, it also shows up on your face, leaving your face with that unmistakable too-little-sleep look and those puffy, baggy eyes.

Studies have proven that adults need between seven to eight hours of sleep each night. That is why you need to change your sleeping habits as soon as possible to look your best. Within a few nights of rest, you will notice a difference in your face.

Bad facial care habits

Your skin is exposed to the elements daily that leaves it looking dry and weary. Often we live and work in environments that suck the moisture out of everything, including our faces, so we need to hydrate our skin. Otherwise, our skin will suffer long-term damage.
